Celebrate and share the welcoming warmth of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland’s Pasifika communities at Taste of Pasifika Festival 2022 this June.
Taking the best from the much-loved annual Pasifika Festival, Taste of Pasifika will celebrate and share the vibrant cultures of 10 Pacific nations across three days with a packed programme of performance, food, art, sport and wellness, and lots of soul.

Main Stage
Come alive with performances from across the Pacific including Samoa, Cook Islands, Kiribati, Tahiti and more.
On Monday 6 June, be treated to live performances from secondary school cultural groups including 2022 ASB Polyfest winners Manurewa High School and Avondale College.

Backyard Stage
Your place to unwind and enjoy kai and more Pacific entertainment.
The Sunday Soul Sessions will be rocking with live Poly soul and RnB, followed by a special line-up of Māori waiata presented by Te Māngai Pāho.
Come Monday, it’s your time to shine as the Flava FM unit hosts the Taste of Pasifika Open Mic session!

Tapa Bowl
Presenting the Moonwalkerz exhibition curated by Nigel Borell. Featuring recent works by artists, Ema Tavola (Fiji), Leilani Kake (Māori, Cook Islands) and Raymond Sagapolutele (Samoa).
For each, artmaking has helped them reconnect and find balance and order through the often-chaotic times of the global pandemic.
