
DINING ROOM - Featuring a giant 30,000 year old Kauri table that was specially commissioned. Sitting at the table guests are cloaked in beauty. Seats up to 30 guests or 40 guests standing.

ATRIUM - The glass walls of the courtyard open fully on three sides, combining with the dining room and lounge to create a dramatic entertainment space. Outdoor heating, fireplace and a retractable roof allows the Atrium to be used in all weather. Accommodates up to 30 guests standing.

FORMAL LOUNGE - The formal lounge sits East of the atrium in magnificent contrast to the light and casual dining room. Seats up to 40 theatre style.

JIANGNAN TEA ROOM - Two stunning Ming period replica chairs were specially commissioned for the room. The table is another bespoke piece crafted from swamp kauri and usually laden with exquisite tea pots and tea accoutrement. Seats up to 8 guests.

COCOON BAR - The lavish ever so intimate Cocoon Bar is a hidden treasure of the house and of the whole of Auckland. Guests are protected from the outside world by a luxurious cloak of art, exotic whiskey and the finest wines. Accommodates up to 20 guests.

FORNASETTI LIBRARY - Art and objects by the celebrated Italian designer adorn every surface in this luxuriant private room. A quiet space for intimate meetings or break outs. Seats up to 6 guests.

BOARDROOM - Maori god Tu takes pride of place in this elegant alcove, looking out from the John Walsh painting Pare O Tūmatauenga. Seats up to 8 guests.
