Rydges Formosa Golf Resort is nestled against the Pohutukawa Coast  across 170 sprawling hectares overlooking the Hauraki Gulf, with vistas of Waiheke and Rangitoto Islands and Coromandel Peninsula.  

Set on an 18 hole championship golf course, with 50 spacious one-bedroom villas featuring patios and large windows, an on-site restaurant and bar and six versatile meeting and event spaces, Rydges Formosa Golf Resort is the ideal setting for a variety of functions including conferences, exhibitions, team collaborations, gala dinners and weddings.  

You’ll find six distinct and versatile conference and meeting room spaces, some with floor-to-ceiling windows with natural light and sweeping views, while others are more suitable as breakout spaces.  

Nineteen is the on-site restaurant and bar, which has vast windows bringing in natural light and uninterrupted views, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Our food philosophy honours home grown produce and dishes are prepared from raw ingredients treated respectfully, using a nose-to-tail and root-to-tip food philosophy.  

Golfing activities, like a round of golf, putting green, driving range and pontoon hole are available to our guests and we welcome enquiries around these as possible activities to include with your conference or event.
